How long do they last?
Lashes naturally will shed every 2-3 weeks! Stop by for a quick fill, we will lash any new lashes you’ve grown, and replace any you may have lost along the way.
Will my lash extensions harm my own lashes or cause them to fall out?
Since the lash extension does not come into contact with your skin, with proper application and care it will naturally fall off with your own natural lash.
What is your cancellation policy?
We recognize the possibility of unforeseen circumstances but kindly note that we require a minimum of 8 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling, with failure to do so possibly resulting in a cancellation fee.
How do I remove my lash extensions?
Do not attempt to remove lash extensions on your own as this can lead to unnecessary loss of your own lashes. Lash extensions should be professionally removed with a procedure that takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
Can I wear mascara?
In most cases you won’t feel the need to wear mascara. If you choose to use mascara, make sure you use only water-soluble mascara and clean very well prior to the fill appointment.
